Welcome to the services provided by Kinfold (collectively referred to as
"the App", "we", "us" or "our" below). We attach great importance to the
privacy protection and data security of each user, and always prioritize
the security of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy aims to clearly and comprehensively explain to you how
we collect, use, store, disclose and protect your personal information, as
well as the rights you enjoy in relation to your personal information, to
help you better understand our privacy protection practices.
The App has newly added In-App Purchase and subscription management
functions. This policy has been updated with corresponding data processing
rules to ensure compliance with Clause 3.1 of the Apple App Store Review
Guidelines and global privacy regulations (GDPR, PIPL, etc.).
2. Information We Collect
To fulfill legal obligations and provide, improve our services, we collect
the following types of information in accordance with the principles of
lawfulness, legitimacy and necessity. We do not collect information
irrelevant to our services.

Account Information: Information voluntarily provided
by you for identity verification when registering or logging into the
App, including email address, nickname, etc. Such information is used
for account login, identity authentication and account management.

Device Information: When you use the App, we will
automatically collect device-related information, including device
model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV),
IP address, network type, language settings, etc. Such information is
used to ensure the normal operation of the App, optimize service
experience and prevent security risks.

Geolocation Information: If you authorize the device's
geolocation permission, we may collect and process your approximate or
precise location information. We will use such information to provide
location-based features and services, optimize service recommendations
and enhance user experience. You may enable or disable this permission
at any time through your device settings.

information related to your use of the App, including login time, usage
duration, operation records, feature access frequency, page browsing
paths, etc., for analyzing service usage, optimizing features and
providing you with more tailored services.

Payment and Subscription Information (Newly Added):
The App does not collect or store your complete sensitive payment
information such as credit card number, payment password, Apple Pay
token, etc. All payment processes are securely processed by Apple's
official payment system (Apple In-App Purchase).
We only collect non-sensitive payment-related information: purchase
order number, product type (consumable / non-consumable /
subscription), purchase time, amount, payment status, subscription
period, renewal / cancellation records, receipt verification data,
restore purchase records, etc.
The above information is used for order verification, entitlement
issuance, subscription management, restore purchases, anti-fraud,
compliance auditing and customer support.
3. Use of Information
All personal information we collect is used only for the following
legitimate purposes and will not be used beyond the agreed scope:

1. Provide, maintain and improve the App's services, ensure normal
service operation, fix bugs and enhance service quality;

Provide personalized recommendations and matching features based on your
usage habits and geolocation information (if authorized), to optimize
your user experience;

Prevent security risks such as fraud, unauthorized use, malicious
refunds and duplicate purchases, detect and stop violations, and protect
your account security and legitimate rights and interests;

Respond to your inquiries, complaints and requests for assistance, and
provide customer support;

Process In-App Purchases and subscriptions (Newly Added): fulfill
orders, issue virtual goods / membership benefits, manage auto-renewals,
perform restore purchases, handle refunds and after-sales services,
generate compliant transaction certificates;

Comply with applicable national laws, regulations and industry
regulatory requirements, fulfill legal obligations and cooperate with
regulatory inspections.
4. Information Sharing
We strictly protect your personal information and will not sell, rent or
lend any personal information to third parties. We will share your
information only under the following specific circumstances and take
necessary measures to ensure information security:

Share your relevant information with designated third parties after
obtaining your explicit written or oral consent;

Share information with our trusted service providers (e.g., third
parties providing cloud storage, data analysis, location services,
payment verification, etc.) solely for the purposes set forth in this
Privacy Policy. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with such
service providers, requiring them to strictly protect your information;

Share with Apple Inc. (Newly Added): To implement In-App Purchases,
subscription verification, receipt validation, anti-fraud, restore
purchases and other functions, we will share necessary information such
as order numbers, device identifiers, receipt data and purchase status
with Apple Inc. Apple processes such data in accordance with its own
privacy policy;

Provide your personal information to relevant authorities in accordance
with laws, regulations or requirements of judicial or administrative
regulatory agencies;

Share necessary personal information in accordance with the law in
emergency situations to protect the personal and property safety of you,
other users or the public;

In the event of a company merger, acquisition, restructuring or asset
transfer, your personal information may be transferred to the transferee
as part of the assets. We will notify you in advance and require the
transferee to continue to abide by the privacy protection obligations
set forth in this Privacy Policy.
5. Data Security and Storage
We adopt industry-leading security safeguards, including technical and
management measures such as data encryption (transmission encryption,
storage encryption), access control, firewalls, security audits and
tamper-proof mechanisms, to establish a comprehensive information security
system and prevent your personal information from being disclosed,
tampered with, lost or misused.
Payment-related data is stored with financial-grade encryption, accessible
only to authorized personnel, and retained for no longer than the period
required by laws, regulations and business necessities.
We strictly follow the principle of minimum necessary retention, and
retain your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to
achieve the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy:

Account Information: Retained for 14 days after account cancellation
(for legal cleanup);

Payment / Subscription Records: Retained for 5 years after transaction
completion (to meet tax, audit, compliance and refund traceability
requirements);

Device / Usage Data: Retained for 12 months (for service optimization
and security analysis).
Upon expiration of the retention period, we will securely delete your
personal information or anonymize it in accordance with the law
(anonymized information no longer constitutes personal information).
6. Your Rights
Pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, you enjoy the following
rights in relation to your personal information:

query transaction records, apply for compliant refunds.

7. Third-Party Services
The App may contain third-party software development kits (SDKs),
advertising services, location services, payment services or other
third-party service modules in the course of providing services. Such
third-party service providers may collect your relevant information in
accordance with their own privacy policies.
Payment-related third parties (Newly Added): The App integrates the Apple
In-App Purchase (IAP) SDK for processing virtual goods purchases and
subscriptions. Apple only provides us with order status and verification
data, and does not share complete payment information.
We cooperate only with compliant and trusted third parties and require
them to strictly comply with privacy protection laws and regulations to
safeguard your information security. You may learn about their information
processing rules through the third parties' privacy policies.
8. Policy Updates
With the update of laws and regulations and the optimization of service
functions, we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The
revised Privacy Policy will be published within the App or on the official
website, with content updates marked accordingly.
If the revised Privacy Policy involves material changes to your material
rights and interests (such as significant changes to the scope of
information collection, purposes of use or sharing methods), we will
explicitly notify you via email provided during registration, in-app
pop-ups or other means to ensure you are aware of and understand the
relevant changes.
Your continued use of the App's services shall be deemed your acceptance
of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the revised policy,
you may stop using the App's services and exercise relevant rights in
accordance with the law.
