Kinfold User Agreement

1. Agreement and Use

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Kinfold (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "we").

By downloading, installing, registering for or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

We may update this Agreement in accordance with applicable laws. Your continued use of the Application after any updates to the Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Account and Content

You are responsible for your account, password and all activities conducted under your account. You may not lend, rent or sell your account to any third party.

All content you upload (User Content), including but not limited to photos and videos, remains your property.

You warrant that you hold legitimate rights to the User Content you upload, and that such Content does not infringe upon any third party’s portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests.

You shall bear full responsibility for any infringement, complaints or disputes arising from the User Content you upload.

3. Rules of Use

You may not use the Application to engage in the following activities:

• Upload content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, terrorist, infringing, false or harmful to the physical and mental health of minors;
• Crack, reverse-engineer, hack into the system, register accounts in bulk, scrape data or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Application;
• Conduct commercial promotion, advertising or illegal profit-making activities through the Application without prior authorization.

4. Family Sharing

Family album members may join only via an invitation code provided by the administrator, and belong to the family group created by the administrator. The administrator is responsible for managing family shared content and the conduct of family members. The collection and use of minors’ information must comply with applicable laws and regulations and obtain the consent of their guardians.

5. Services and Permissions

Services provided by the Application include uploading, storage, backup, organization, editing and family sharing of photos and videos. To enable these functions, the Application may request permissions including photo album access, camera access, network access, storage access and push notifications.

6. Privacy and Security

We protect your personal information and album content in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We will only provide relevant information to third parties when required by law or with your explicit consent. You may manage permissions in your device settings and terminate your account at any time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the Application itself, including but not limited to trademarks, code, interfaces and text, are owned by the developer. We only grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the Application. You may not copy, distribute, alter the Application or use it for commercial purposes.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (New Clause)

The Application offers in-app purchases and subscription services (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Services"), including but not limited to virtual items, premium features and subscription packages. All Paid Services are processed through Apple’s official In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your full sensitive payment information (such as bank card numbers, payment passwords, Apple Pay tokens, etc.).

• Purchase and Subscription Rules: When purchasing Paid Services, you agree to pay the fees displayed in the Application. Fees are based on the pricing shown at the time of purchase; we may adjust prices in accordance with applicable laws (you will be notified in advance of material price changes).
• Subscription Management: If you purchase a subscription service, it will auto-renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel auto-renewal via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device or through relevant settings within the Application.
• Refund Policy Refunds for Paid Services shall be processed in accordance with the Apple App Store Refund Policy. You may apply for a refund via the Apple App Store. We will cooperate with Apple in processing refund requests in accordance with applicable laws and agreements where refund conditions are met (such as accidental purchase or unused services).
• Rights and Obligations: Upon successful purchase of Paid Services, you may access and use the corresponding services within the valid period. Paid Services are non-transferable, non-refundable (except as otherwise required by law or this Agreement) and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods.

9. Service Changes and Disclaimer

We may maintain, upgrade, adjust or discontinue services of the Application; you will be notified in advance of material changes. We shall not be liable for any losses caused by network failures, device issues, third-party attacks, force majeure or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We provide no additional warranties for the services and assume only limited liability to the extent permitted by law.

Special Note: We shall not be liable for any losses or disputes arising from your improper use of Paid Services, failure to cancel auto-renewal in a timely manner, or operational errors related to the Apple In-App Purchase system.
