This agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you and Kinfold Services. By downloading, installing, registering, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement and the Privacy Policy. We may update the agreement in accordance with the law; continued use after the update shall constitute acceptance of the revised agreement.
You are responsible for your account, password, and all activities under your account. You may not lend or sell your account. The ownership of content you upload, including photos and videos (“User Content”), remains with you. You warrant that you own the legitimate rights to the content and that it does not infringe upon others’ portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, etc. You shall bear full responsibility for any infringement, complaints, or disputes arising from your uploaded content.
You shall not use this application to: Upload content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, terrorist, infringing, false, or harmful to minors. Crack, reverse-engineer, intrude into the system, register in bulk, crawl data, or interfere with the service. Use the service for commercial promotion, advertising, or illegal profit-making without permission.
Family album members join via an invitation code provided by the administrator and belong to the administrator’s family. The administrator shall be responsible for managing family shared content and member conduct. Any information involving minors must comply with applicable laws and obtain the consent of their guardians.
This application provides services including photo/video upload, storage, backup, organization, editing, and family sharing. The application may request permissions such as photo album, camera, network, storage, and notifications to implement corresponding functions.
We protect your personal information and album content in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We will only provide relevant information to third parties when required by law or with your consent. You may manage permissions in your device settings and deactivate your account.
The intellectual property rights of the application, including trademarks, code, interface, and text, are owned by Kinfold. Users are only granted a personal, non-commercial license and may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use the application.
We may maintain, upgrade, adjust, or terminate the service; major adjustments will be announced in advance. We shall not be liable for losses caused by network failures, device issues, third-party attacks, force majeure, etc. We provide no additional warranties for the service and assume limited liability to the extent permitted by law.
